You can now check out E-books for free from the Kansas Library. All you need to do is come into the library and get a Kansas Library Card. This is different from your city library card. With the Kansas Library Card you will be able to search online from the comfort of your own home, place holds on books checked out or immediately download the available book. If you’ve placed books on hold, they will automatically upload to your E-reader, smartphone or laptop when they become available. Don’t know how to download E-Books? Come into the library for a free class anytime during our regular hours. Don’t own an E-reader? Your smartphone or laptop can get a free app from the Kansas library that will allow you to read E-books! E-mail, call or message us on facebook with your questions. We’ll be glad to help you get started with an E-reader today!
